**Role Overview**:
As a Graduate Trainee at MWS, you will learn all about the organisation, our services, and the renewable wind energy sector while benefiting from continuous 'on the job' training.

Furthermore, you will have the exciting opportunity to travel to one of our European offices in Denmark and Poland. You’ll gain invaluable, hands-on experience rotating across various departments, including People and Culture, Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Finance and Recruitment. This position is designed for Graduates with an open mind about their career following on from university, this scheme offers you the flexibility to explore different areas and discover your passion within our organisation.

You will be based initially at our North Sheilds (North East, UK) office. **This fixed-term position of 18 months offers the potential for permanent employment.**

**Role Highlights**:

- Gain hands-on experience through various placements across our company departments.
- Begin with a comprehensive 2-month onboarding programme in People and Culture, ensuring a seamless transition into our organisation.
- Rotate through different departments, spending up to 2 months in each, to gain a complete understanding of our operations.
- Contribute to meaningful tasks that benefit both you and our team, providing valuable insights and learning opportunities.
- Receive mentorship and support from experienced professionals throughout your journey.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or nearing completion).
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Positive attitude with an open-minded outlook.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, international environment.
