We are keen to find a hard-working Residential Block Manager for our client. Our client is a specialist in residential block management and due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for a Block Manager to join the team. The Block Managermust have 3 years experience of managing blocks and serving section 20 notices. You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills. Some commercial experience is preferred howerever not essential,also IRPM 1 qualification preferred however not essential.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, Section 20’s, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGM’s and meetings with Management Committeemembers. You must have detailed knowledge of Section 20. Our client will provide full continuous professional development for IRPM and RICS.

You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills.

Block Manager:

- Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
- Knowledge of Qube software an advantage
- Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to works
- Preparing and issuing service charge budgets
- Managing a portfolio of estates
- Completing Section 20 Notice
- Dealing with the day to day running of the estates
- Liaising with contractors and surveyors as required
- Attending AGMs and budget meetings
- Ensuring that estates comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations
- IRPM 1 woiuld be a distinct advantage
