Bakery Assistant

**Greens FoodFare** is an independently owned supermarket in Lisburn. We offer a different experience to our customers with our famous deli and provisions counters, in store bakery and butchery departments, grocery, home delivery and luxury hampers.

Due to our recent multi million pound renovation of the store we are looking for additional part time and full time staff to join our team bakery team

As a bakery assistant, you will prepare and bake a range of products for our inhouse bakery and provisions counter ensuring the highest standards of food safety, output and quality for our customers.

**Shift Times**: 6.00am to 3pm or 9am to 6pm

We can accommodate full time or part time bakery assistants to work on a rota basis (Monday to Saturday).

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Bread and pastry production
- Packing and quality inspection of bakery products
- Decorating bakery products
- Replenishing stock throughout the day
- Cleaning as you go
- Working as part of a small bakery team
- Working safely at all times in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation.

**Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Food / Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- bakery / food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
