**This vacancy is for a HR Advisor**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time HR Advisor to join the team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our head office in Chesterfield.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be expected to be able to work confidentially and autonomously within an HR advisory capacity.

**Key Tasks**:

- Lead on investigations
- Lead talking to Wirehouse and external advisors
- Support and manage grievances and complaints and responsible to bring to a timely and successful conclusion
- Manage all PA disciplines / grievances
- Send personal assistant contracts out and manage their acceptance and send out documentation and follow through to a satisfactory conclusion having spoken to managers and clients
- Audit staff files and sign them off prior to employment
- Manage all PA health checks and responsible for informing care facilitators of any concerns
- Monitoring sickness in line with CF recording
- Charging carers and sending letters for deductions
- Undertake DBS checks
- Risk asses and report any positive results to the Registered Manager prior to employment
- Responsible for completing all the legal employment requirements for carers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum CIPD level 5
- Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives
- Experience in TUPE transfer incoming and outgoing
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Show commitment and a willingness to be flexible and complete a task to specified deadline
- Have a pro-active and ‘can-do’ approach
- Have a compassionate and caring outlook
- Possess good attention to detail
- Be confident on the telephone and have a good telephone manner
- Have the confidence and ability to talk to people at a professional level
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to various locations to undertake task such as team meetings, supervisions for staff, review meeting etc
- Be punctual, flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changing needs of the company in line with the care industry requirements
- Confident and competent IT Skills

**What we can offer you**:
In return, we can offer you a salary of £26,000 per annum, increasing to £28,000 per annum after a successful 6-month probationary period

A 37.5hr working week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the possibility of hybrid working on completion of probationary period.
