**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
To provide a local housing management and support services to customers living within an Extra Care setting including partnership working closely with other agencies. Providing services on site taking ownership and ensuring that a consistently high quality service is provided to customers at all times to achieve positive outcomes, continuously improving performance standards, and contribute to the development of the Extra Care and Services Directorate, whilst implementing the Groups values in day to day work. To provide day to day management services to Self-contained apartments - 63 apartments Wolsey & 74 apartments Abbey Mill. As this role is working with residents requiring extra support, you are required to have a current Enhanced DBS without Barred List check.
**Your responsibilities...**
- Monitor all services which are being delivered within the scheme and ensure that the necessary standards are met with regards to the communal rooms and other communal facilities on the scheme
- To recruit, supervise, manage and appraise colleagues based at the scheme
- To carry out the induction training for colleagues and identify any training needs and ensure these are met.
- Prepare and manage rotas ensuring that duty cover is provided between the hours of 8am -10pm 7 days a week and officers are available for Sleep-in duties from 10pm - 8pm
- Supervise the cleaning and garden maintenance contracts (for communal areas only) and maintenance of the building colleagues who are directly employed by PA Housing

- CIH Level 3 in Housing
- Management Qualification
- Good standard of general education i.e. a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
- Experience of working in a similar setting or with other vulnerable customers.
- Technical knowledge and experience of lettings or housing management
- Evidence of further management and personal development planning and training.
**Disclosure and Barring Service**:
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
