Land Buyer

**Due to expansion, we have a permanent job opportunity available for a Land Buyer / Land Sourcing Specialist, based in Braintree.**

This offers a guaranteed basic salary of around £30,000 which is flexible depending on your experience, plus commission at 1% on all sales, which is uncapped.

Benefits include ample free car parking, pension, holiday and a great work environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

You will be working for a successful property developer, within the construction industry.

- To be a car driver, this is essential due to the location.
- To have 3-4 years of previous Land Buying / Land Sourcing experience.
- To have experience of managing multiple projects, including land and commercial.
