**Process Engineer required.** Our client are a manufacturer of high quality engineered products, working within a range of industries throughout the Engineering sector. They use various services including machined components and welding toprovide manufacturing services throughout the industries they work in, including Automotive, Argriculture and Power Generation to name a few.

**Process EngineerPosition Overview**
- Documenting process controls and instructions, whilst introducing in-line production aids and quality checks
- Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes
- Setting up billing of materials and routing structures on ERP/MRP systems
- Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data
- Developing the best possible practices, including routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality
- Proving process documentation and operating instructions
- Responsible for sourcing new manufacturing equipment and bringing into production
- Validating quoted production processes and times against the actual production process and times
- Designing and packaging instructions

**Process EngineerPosition Requirements**
- BS/BEng in Mechanical Engineering, or experience at an advanced level
- Good knowledge and understanding of metal manipulation, machining and welding processes
- Proven ability to understand APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans and SOP's
- Proven experience working in process engineering, desirable
- Knowledge of process related standards
- CAD or AutoCAD skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with report writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Understanding of electronic exchange of information
- Understanding of CAD and Engineering drawings/specifications
- Understanding of jig/fixtures and tool design and product cost structure
- Must live within a commutable distance of Daventry

**Process EngineerPosition Remuneration**
- Full time - Permanent
- Salary £27,000 - £35,000, dependent upon experience
- Working hours, Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 13:00
- 28 days holiday, including bank holiday
- Pension
