Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Shot Blaster to join our team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is to prepare materials to correct SA standard for fabrication and painting and ensure a continuous flow of materials from CNC to Fabrication.

**Key duties**:

- Operation of all equipment for the role in a safe manner
- Continuous housekeeping always ensuring a clean and safe working environment following BHC written work instructions
- Complete relevant documentation and record work activity using TnT scanning systems or strumis system(This is an in-house tracking and recording system)
- Ensure blaster is performing correctly by carrying out checks on materials
- Keeping blast medium within machine topped up and recycling used blast medium back into machine
- Communicate with manager and maintenance department to report any issues with machine
- Always adhere to BHC Health and Safety procedures
