THE ROLE

As a Credit Risk Insight Specialist you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Conducting in-depth analyses and data mining: Utilizing advanced data mining techniques to investigate problem areas and uncover the underlying drivers of Credit Risk, Fraud, and churn trends.
- Working with credit risk analytical datamarts
- Leading the development of analytical tools and techniques
- Providing crucial support for long-term financial forecasting
- Forecasting scenario modelling and stress testing
- Acting as a deputy for the Analytics and Insight Manager
- Leading projects to enhance Credit Risk processes

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Credit Risk Insight Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in handling and manipulating big data.
- Extensive experience in managing consumer credit risk in high-volume environments.
- Sound knowledge and comprehension of Credit bureau data blocks (e.g., Experian PCO, Equifax QCB), Credit parameters, and levers.
- Strong skills in SAS, SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
- Ability to effectively manage and engage with third-party suppliers.
- Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner, inspiring action.
