Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Fitters Mate to Join their team on a short term contract over Christmas and New Year.

**Job description**:

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Assisting the Mechanical Fitters on site.
- Stripping and re-installing heavy equipment.
- Refurbishing lifting equipment.
- Comply with safe working practices and requirements at all times.
- Heavy lifting.

**Person specification**:

- Must have experience of working alongside Mechanical Fitter
- Ideally have a valid EMSS card or CCNSG

PLEASE NOTE: This role is required for Thurs 22nd, Fri 23rd, Wed 28th, Thurs 29th, Fri 30th December.
