General Labourer/driver

**Role**

To assist tradesmen with current projects on site and in workshop

To support overall delivery of company goals and schedule along with site procedures

To ensure that all works are completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment

**Duties**

Assist Welders, Pipefitters and Fabricators in carrying out their work

General labouring duties

Keep site clean and tidy

Driving commercial vehicles

Collecting & delivering materials from suppliers to sites.

**What the role involves**

Ability to work on site in Scotland or ADHOC trips away from home

Working both in fabrication workshop, and on site as and when required

Working within and contributing towards the current health & safety guidelines and site requirements

Good team working skills as well as working on own initiative

Promote good housekeeping for an efficient working environment

Undergo training where necessary

**Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**

Essential

Valid UK driving licence with a clean record

Good Communication skills

Capable of working alone, or equally as part of a team

Flexible approach to working times in line with company’s reactive nature

**Please note**: You must be over the age of 21 and hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year due to commercial insurance stipulations
