Our client is searching for a reliable, organised Junior Management Trainee to work with them.

As a Junior Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a management role. Here's a detailed look at your day-to-day duties and responsibilities:
**Junior Management Trainee Responsibilities**:
**Completing Assigned Tasks and Assisting with Sales Operations**:

- Support day-to-day sales operations by completing assigned tasks and assisting team members as needed.
- Take an active role in various sales activities, including handling face to face in person customer interactions, product demonstrations, and handling sales transactions. Customer interactions will take place in pre allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.

**Participating in Meetings, Workshops, and Learning Opportunities**:

- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gain insights into company operations, sales strategies, and management principles.
- Actively participate in discussions and activities designed to enhance your understanding of business processes and industry trends.

**Observing and Learning from Experienced Team Members**:

- Shadow experienced team members to observe their daily routines, interactions with customers, and problem-solving strategies.
- Learn from their expertise and seek guidance on best practices for managing sales operations and achieving business objectives.

**Gaining Knowledge of Company Policies and Protocols**:

- Familiarise yourself with company policies, protocols, and processes related to sales, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures while performing your duties to maintain consistency and efficiency in operations.

**Taking Detailed Notes and Liaising with Senior Staff**:

- Take detailed notes during training sessions, meetings, and workshops to document key insights, learnings, and action items.
- Liaise with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff members to seek clarification, address concerns, and provide updates on your progress.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
