Farm Labourer

Full Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.

We are recruiting for permanent Dairy Farm Labourers for our client near Dorchester.

The role will be looking after young calfs on a farm so experience working outdoors in an agricultural environment with animal welfare is desirable. PPE provided

General Labouring, Washing huts, bedding up, cleaning, disinfecting and other duties around the site.

**Hours of work**:
Various shifts available: 3.45am - 2pm, 2pm - 1am, 7.30pm -1am, 12pm - 6pm

Main shift hours for full time staff is Monday to Sunday: 5am - 5pm with extra hours available on a rota'd shift pattern with two rota days off each week.

**2 x 1 hour unpaid breaks during the 12 hour shift**

**Rate of pay £11.00 per hour with room for increases as skill set improves. Basic hourly rate could easily reach over £12.50 per hour in the next 12 months.**

**55-60 hours per week available with great opportunity to save due to no accommodation and travel costs.
