Our client is a premium automotive retailer who are looking for a Cook to work part-time at their Manchester centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.

The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a part-time Cook, you will be preparing and serving meals, snacks and beverages to staff within the dealership as well as ensuring the canteen and kitchen are kept to the standards of hygiene required by Government legislation.

Part time work 27.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.There’s also a competitive annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- To ensure wastage is kept to a minimum.
- To keep canteen and kitchen areas clean and hygienic at all times
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance.
- Perform a weekly stock check confirming the quantity and value of food/beverage stocks held ensuring stock is rotated and does not go out of date.
- Balance the cash float on a daily basis and to ensure that the float is intact and provide the accounts department

**Skills & Requirements**
- Previous proven experience as a cook
- A friendly and cheerful disposition
- Excellent time management skills
- Great organisational skills and able to work autonomously
- The ability to work well with a set schedule

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £15,015.00 per year
