This post offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid way, working from home and coming into the office weekly in Dorchester.
The experience, knowledge and skills required for this role are specified in detail in the Person Specification and Job Description, but we are looking for someone who is organised, has a flexible approach, able to effectively prioritise your own workload and that of your team and meet tight deadlines. You will need to be a positive communicator, have some line management experience, and have excellent administration and ICT skills, be able to demonstrate first class customer service, be self-motivated and able to multi-task. We offer a modern approach to business support, one that embraces the latest technology and offers a valuable resource for those providing services to help children and young people.

You will be managing 2 team administrators who support the CIC team. Processing health consents, organising consultation paperwork regarding a child’s placement etc.
