An opportunity has arisen to join the central technical team within MYD as a Quality Systems Technologist This role will involve facilitating best practice throughout MYD by identifying and communicating necessary actions required to support the delivery of a quality culture through operational excellence, while visibly championing quality and driving procedural change by supporting sites through coaching and mentoring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the MYD document system including reviewing, updating and publishing documents to support the MYD Quality Management system. And to support sites in line with requirements of certification bodies such as CLAS, BRC, OF&G etc
- Manage the external MYD audit system and liaise with stakeholders within Muller Group to support audit completion
- To review all internal audits and provide feed back to auditors and sites
- To complete audits of suppliers and MMI Blowmoulding and support the close out of any non-conformances found
- Completing other ad hoc audits across site, depots and suppliers when needed
- To manage supplier complaints from sites ensuring sufficient information is received from site for supplier investigation
- Review non-conformance reports from suppliers to determine if corrective actions are sufficient and to support with close out
- To manage and support the Starlims/SAP system ensuring all product information is correct and kept up to date
- To provide support for managing issues and investigations and to develop reporting documents
- Manage and develop the MMI HACCP system inputting into new Group documentation and representing MMI as part of the working group for Muller Group HACCP

**Key Requirements**
- Advanced Food Hygiene, Level 4 HACCP
- Lead assessor/ auditor of Quality systems, BRC, ISO
- Must be highly motivated, organised with good communication, co-ordination & influencing skills
- Able to communicate across all levels within the business
- Knowledge of a Food/Dairy/Drink related environment with excellent knowledge of BRC V8, BRC V9, CLAS, retailer code of practices
- Understanding of quality and data systems, e.g SAP, Q-pulse, SharePoint, I-auditor
- PC literate - Excel, Power Point & Word. Lead Auditor in BRC, 22000 or 9001 Advanced food hygiene
