**Responsibilities**
- Keep income records for various sites, including client information and financial assessments, and communicate with the sites to address concerns, fix mistakes, and guarantee that records are accurately kept.
- Manage GDPR-compliant manual and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare invoices and make sure they're delivered on schedule.
- Make sure that all invoices are generated using rates and costs that adhere to any contractual agreements.
- Examine the elderly debtor reports, pursue any unpaid balances, and, where required, get in touch with sites, funding sources, and local authorities.
- Save all receipts and cash payments.

**Skills**
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- 2 years experience in a credit control team.
- Fantastic communication skills both on the phone and in written form.
- Excellent attention to detail.
