- 05-May-2023Barker Ross Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Team Leaders to work for a large, well-known company within the Precast industry.

The Team Leader role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities however this is a great opportunity for someone to progress their skills further.

**The Role**:
As a Team Leader you will oversea a large team of skilled and semi-skilled operatives on the shop floor, you will lead the team of operatives daily to achieve production targets whilst staying on top of quality and health and safety.

You must be confident in managing a logistics/yard environment.

This is a full time Temp-Perm role, you will work mainly day shifts however flexibility to work other shifts if needed is essential.

**Duties**:

- Able to work as a hands-on Team Leader
- Leading the team
- Organising the team’s day
- Holding daily briefings
- Trouble Shooting
- Contacting suppliers
- Management of the day-to-day operations of Stores
- Including material picking, Quality control and inventory responsibility.
- Health and safety for your team
- Able to engage, coach and manage

**Experience required**:

- Previous Team Leader experience, Team Leading a team of up to 20 workers.
- Working within a distribution/ manufacturing role
- Understanding SAP
- Excellent communication
