Book keeper, Part time (20-30 hours), Abingdon

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing company in terms of drug discovery and development in order to bring life changing medicines to market.

**Your new role**
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing purchase invoices
- Enabling timely invoice approval
- Reviewing expenses
- Preparing payment runs
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Processing company debit card payments
- Assist with Sales Ledger for one company as required (holiday cover)
- Assist with month end processes to include:

- Fixed assets & depreciation
- Operational prepayments
- Generating month end reports
- Reconciling intercompany accounts
- VAT return review
- Assist with year end accounts preparation and audits
- Assist with reporting to inform management decisions as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Solid purchase ledger experience
- Experience working with multiple currencies
- Accuracy & attention to detail with great organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & as part of a high performing team
- AAT part qualified or qualified by experience
- Excellent excel skills
- Use of Xero would be advantageous
