They have been working in the Built Environment for around 40 years designing buildings for the commercial and private sectors. Having been prominent in the industry in the Havant area for a number of years, they are acquainted with all specific details oflocal planning regulations and work with reliable business professionals to efficiently get projects underway
The practice prides itself on obtaining a number of regular clients. This studio strives to deliver Architectural and Graphic Design needs precisely and competently.
Their projects tend to be located locally, in and around the Hampshire and West Sussex area, but every so often their commercial projects can be situated all around the United Kingdom - Newcastle, Manchester, Suffolk, Swindon and Bristol.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and some Revit is essential for this role as this is the primary software of the practice.
Responsibilities - Architectural (Planning) Assistant:

- Relevant degree - Architecture and Planning
- AutoCAD and some Revit experience
- Desire to progress with a practice that will invest in your career
- Residential - extensions, self-build homes, heritage/restoration
- Commercial - housing developments/estates, warehouses/offices etc.
- Knowledge of the Planning processes as this is a big part of the role

**Salary**: £18,000 - £22,000 (DOE)
