As a Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, helping them achieve their full potential and fostering their love for learning.

The Supply Room now offers **free CPD-certified online training** designed to help you work with pupils with various **Special Educational Needs**.
- **What You'll Do**:_
- Provide Classroom Support: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the needs of all students are met.
- One-on-One Support: Work with students who require additional assistance, providing guidance, encouragement, and tailored support to help them progress.
- Promote Positive Behaviour: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging good behaviour and implementing behaviour management strategies when necessary.
- Learning Resources: Prepare and organize learning materials, creating a stimulating and interactive classroom environment.
