This role is based on-site in Nottingham. Some travel to project sites and client meetings may be required.

As a Street works Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful coordination and management of street works activities. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure compliance with regulations, maintain efficient workflows, and deliver outstanding results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of street works activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to obtain necessary permits and approvals for street works activities.
- Monitor and track progress of ongoing street works projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement effective project plans for street works activities.
- Conduct site visits to assess and resolve any issues or challenges related to street works.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all streets works activities, including permits, notifications, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines throughout the street works process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the telecom or utilities industry, preferably in a street works coordination or related role.
- Strong knowledge of street works legislation, regulations, and permit processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and street works management software.
