Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR for our well-established Client

This is a full-time, permanent position

**About You**:

- Having previous experience as Administrative Assistant within a Real Estate background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
- Positive can-do-attitude with the eagerness to build strong interpersonal relationships.

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday 9-5.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and light presentations.
- Assist with basic project management tasks, including research and coordination (full training will be provided).
- Assist with basic real estate operational tasks, including research, leads calls and listing (full training will be provided). Perform other related duties as assigned.
