**Job Role: Dual Registered Manager**

**Location: Telford**
**Hours of work: Full time with shared on call**
**Salary: Circa £32000**
I am working in partnership with a leading provider of social housing and care across to recruit their next **DUAL REGISTERED MANAGER** to oversee 2 established, warm and homely learning disabilities services in the **Telford** area.
As well as the day to day running of these services, you will also take the lead on, staff recruitment, retention and training, internal auditing, care and support planning, referral management and liaising with external agencies.
It is essential that you meet all requirements to register with CQC as a manager and can achieve a Good to Outstanding rating when inspected. You will also be flexible to take part in a shared, on call rota.
To be considered for this exciting role with an excellent, supportive provider, you MUST:

- Demonstrate supervisory/management experience in a CQC registered setting
- Hold the Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
