Position : Groundskeeper/Maintenance

As a vital part of our team, you'll get to:

- Drive Machinery
- Mow Lush Lawns
- Tackle Minor Repairs and DIY Projects
- Enhance the Grounds through Landscaping and Maintenance
- Keep Supplies, Tools, and Inventory in order
- Assist in Setting Up, upkeep and closing down of the Glamping Site
- Get Your Hands Dirty Cutting and Preparing Firewood
- General maintenance around the farm
- Experience in Maintenance, Groundskeeping, Gardening, or Landscaping
- A Valid Driving License (Tractor License or Machinery Proficiency is a Plus)
- Familiarity with Maintenance and Gardening Equipment
- Physical Fitness for Maintenance Jobs and a Can-Do Attitude
- Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Perform electrical repairs and installations
- Repair or replace broken equipment or appliances
- Inspect premises regularly to identify issues and create maintenance schedules
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance activities

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
