Are you looking for flexible part time hospitality work?

Unitemps are looking for hard working flexible staff to work as Front of House staff for one of our clients at the Millennium Point.

This is a front of house role, so great customer service and experience in this area of work is vital in this role. This is going to be ongoing work, on a Zero hour contract but must be very flexible.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Setting up and clearing down after service
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of all bar sales/food operations
- Responsible for the bar cash float, all cash taken, credit card transactions
- Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the venue

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role is A MUST.
- Excellent level of customer care and communication
- Flexible
- Presentable
- Reliable
- Be able to adapt to the role quickly and work quickly and effectively.

**Location**
Millennium Point, Birmingham
