**The successful** Horseradish Assistant will be responsible for**:

- Assist with event preparation and set up of training spaces
- Creating order of service for different events
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance of all front and back of house catering facilities
- Support Events Managers in meeting deadlines
- Assisting accounts with invoicing, costing, purchase ordering and goods received procedures
- Check and approve prior week payroll hours for processing
- Uploading and updating the staff rota in line with any manager requests or notes
- Liaising with the staffing team for costing against forecasted hours
- Support Horseradish Operational managers with bar training and events learning standards

**The successful **Horseradish Assistant will have the following skills / experience**:

- Previous experience within the hospitality or front of house industry, working large-scale events
- Commitment to high standards of guest experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Hours of work**: 40 hours per week, to be worked on a shift basis and including events and race days at Chester and Bangor

**Salary**:£26,000 per annum
