Ward Clerk

The opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk to join the Stroke Unit for 22.5 per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individual to work within our team

The ward clerk is pivotal to the smooth running of the Stroke unit, the work can be demanding at times but is very rewarding knowing you are supporting keeping the patients Safe and Sound. Your job will be providing an administrative service to the medical and nursing teams on the ward.

The ward clerk role is such an integral and core function in providing support to the teams that are on the front line of patient care If you are having the skills to communicate with all grades of staff, patients and the public, and have a background of administrative work such as filing, ordering of supplies and can keep calm in an extremely busy environment you may be suited to working with our friendly Multidisciplinary team.
