About the role You will provide high volume low intensity interventions, which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. You will receive excellent support in your role, including extensive clinical and caseload supervision. About you To be eligible for this position you must have completed the Low Intensity training in NHS Talking Therapies and be registered with the BABCP or BPS. You will have have experience of working within NHS Talking Therapies.

You will be able to demonstrate high standards of verbal and written communication, be able to establish good therapeutic relationships with people (including by telephone) and be computer literate. You will also be able to evaluate and put in place the skills and knowledge that you are provided as part of the training and development opportunities included in this role. A good knowledge and understanding of the NHS Talking Therapies programme for Common Mental Health Disorders, particularly the PWP role within stepped-care, will be essential. You will have experience of working with Mental Health and will be able to inspire and engage people and have the ability to identify barriers and understand client needs, while possessing excellent motivational skills.
