**Junior Web Assistant - Full Time - Brighton based - Hybrid**

We are a Telemarketing, lead generation and Events company. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior web assistant. You will be helping with the day-to-day running and updating to our website, primarily using WordPress.

Role and responsibilities:

- Updating and maintaining WordPress plugins and themes.
- Customizing layouts and stylesheets to improve user experience and keep our websites visually appealing.
- Assisting with ad placement, SEO, and social media.
- Collaborating with our content team to upload and format articles, images, and other media assets.
- Monitoring website performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Occasionally writing custom code for website enhancements, as needed.

You must have:

- A basic understanding of WordPress and experience in managing WordPress websites.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus
- Experience with web design and layout principles.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, social media management, and ad placement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Availability to work in our Brighton office at least a few days a week.

Part Time (20 hours)

Pay rate: £10.40 p/h

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.40 per hour
