**Pastoral Assistant**

**37 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**Term time only plus non-pupil days and 10 days summer holiday working**

**Scale 5 Point 8-11**

**Actual Salary - £20,357 - £21,498 (£22,777 - £24,054 FTE)**

**Required: September 2023**

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Pastoral Assistant to start in September 2023 to provide support to students and parents in terms of positive behaviour, attitude, attendance, physical wellbeing and pastoral care to enable students to make relevant progress and engage in their learning.

The successful applicant will be a committed team player with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. In addition, to provide administrative support to the Pastoral Leadership Team.

A working knowledge of a school environment, policies and procedures, including attendance, would be a distinct advantage as well as experience of dealing with external agencies.
