Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Burton on Trent (office-based)
Duration: Permanent
You will be:
- Responisble for chasing debt from utility companies
- Manage a ledger with a high volume of accounts
- liaise with operational employees and specific franchises
- Manage queries in a timely and effective manner
- Set up payment plans and make payments when necessary
- Undertake account reconciliation
- Meeting cash and debtor day targets
- Be an expert in problem solving
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Be able to build and develop strong working relationships with the division and its customers
