**Responsibilities**
- Help with all kitchen tasks, including but not limited to preparing food, cleaning, organizing and planning.
- Prepare food for the restaurant and assist the Chef in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during shifts.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with other tasks as needed.

**Skills & Qualif**
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
- Ability to follow all sanitation regulations and procedures.
