Intercounty Estate Agents are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the Saffron Walden team.

As a residential Senior Sales Negotiator you will be expected to manage applicants and generate a sales result.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation
- Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
- Coach the other negotiators in the office
- Work alongside the Sales Progressor & be responsible for the office in the Branch Managers absence

We are looking for the Senior Sales Negotiator to:

- Posses strong negotiation skills with a passion for sales
- Hold a valid full Driving Licence and have access to your own Vehicle
