- Working closely with production to maximise utilisation of site assets
- Maintain maximum effectiveness and benefit from existing site equipment
- Assist with the development of new manufacturing methods
- Proactively drive improvement and cost savings of energy and utilities while maintaining the ability to meet varying and increasing demands from production
- Work cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and dynamic approach to continuous improvement
- To ensure all work is completed in compliance with safe working practices
- Adherence to the PPM system, complete and on time
- Completion of all relevant, statutory documentation
- Be Apprentice trained (minimum Level 3) with robust and hands-on Engineering skills
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Have manufacturing / Process experience with evidence of PPM delivery and control
- Possess a strong ability to diagnose faults
- Will be open to further personal development in line with the Company training plan

**Great salary and benefits package, including**:

- Salary will be £41,000 to £45,000 pa depending on qualification and experience
- Overtime paid at time plus a quarter for extra shifts worked
