**Reed Accountancy are partnered with a very successful and growing business with presence across the globe, in the recruitment for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.**

This is a hands-on role with excellent scope for progression and an opportunity to really make it your own. Our client are working on a flexible, hybrid basis and there is plenty of free parking on site.

**As Management Accountant, your key duties will include**:

- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts
- Calculation of accruals and prepayments
- Assist with the development of reporting procedures
- Maintenance of P&L, fixed asset register and full balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with purchase ledger to manage tight deadlines
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Provide support as required to the wider finance department
- Preferably studying ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Proven ability to work to tight reporting deadlines and effectively manage own workload
- Ability to prepare monthly management accounts to a high degree of accuracy
- Prior experience of a software implementation and driving process improvements would be beneficial
