BAM Site Solutions are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to support the Accounts team, based in Wellingborough.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you and your team will facilitate the process, authorisation and payment of supplier invoices.

This is an opportunity to oversee and develop your own team within a growing company.

**Your mission**
- Taking a proactive role in coding and checking invoices
- Work out VAT and CIS payments
- Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Electronically file invoices and statements
- Deal with purchase enquiries
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Develop and streamline processes with in the purchase ledger.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Outstanding attention to detail with a hands on approach.
- Experience in supervising a team but would be expected to get involved yourself.
- Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed.
- Knowledge and experience of Excel and accountancy software.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
- Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others.
- Good communication skills, ability to work within a team environment or as an individual.
- The position is offered as a full time position due to the expediential growth of the company however we understand the importance of a work/life balance.
