**About the Role**:
Due to continuous growth and our commitment to build motivated and talented teams, we currently have vacancies available for the following role: Multi Skill Tradesperson. The positions available are predominantly for sites based in Leicestershire and Derbyshire, with potential for the role to develop with upcoming works on new sites across the East Midlands region in the near future.

We would like someone with site work experience. The Multi Skill Tradesperson will be covering areas of general building works. Able to calculate how many materials you need for the job in hand. You will be working at a client’s home or business, or on a construction site so professionalism required at all times.

**The suitable applicant must have the following**:

- Relevant site experience and training
- UTR (Unique Tax Reference) number (CIS registered)
- Driving licence and own transport
- CSCS Card (Preferable)
- Own tools, equipment, and PPE (company hi-vis, hard-hats, and branded t-shirts provided)

In return we will be offering a full time self employed position with a competitive rate ranging from **£16 - £19** **per/hour DOE**, with weekly pay. Working hours are from **Monday** **to Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm.**

**Salary**: £16.00-£19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
