**We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Tour Guide to join the team at Tomintoul Distillery.** As the face of Tomintoul, you'll welcome guests from across the world to our iconic Speyside distillery, sharing the rich history and craft behind our award-winning single malts.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct informative and engaging tours around the production and warehouse areas of Tomintoul Distillery.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during tours.
- Deliver a first-class visitor experience, showcasing the unique aspects of our distillery.
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our award-winning range of single malts and the history of Tomintoul Distillery.
- Prepare and carry out whisky tastings, educating guests on our products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in tour areas to uphold our brand's image.
- Record sales accurately via the electronic point of sale system.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work weekends when required.
- Knowledge of whisky production is preferred but not essential.
- Confidence in navigating an online booking platform.
- Tour guide experience is preferred but not essential.
- A second language is preferred but not essential.
- Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or tour guiding is a plus.
