My client is a highly successful London based scale-up looking for an experienced **UI/UX Designer** with a **minimum of 3 years** of experience in a **digital product design** role (can be in-house or in an agency).

This is a **full time**, **permanent** role (not contract), **hybrid **(min. 3 days in the office in Wimbledon) and my client can only consider applicants who have the right to work in the UK. They are unable to offer visa sponsorship in this instance.

The company is a market leading provider of customer service **B2B SaaS** and their clients include Microsoft, Apple and Airbus to name a few.

You will be part of a well established company that has expanded significantly over the past 3 years. There is currently one full time UI Designer and you will be working alongside them, focussing on increasing the quality of their product, heightening the design, doing more research and providing more value to their customers.

You will be upgrading the whole interface, along with developing designs for major new features. You will have a lot of autonomy over your own work, opportunity to lead your own projects and have a real impact.

**What were are looking for**:

- An accomplished UI Designer who knows their way around UX
- Experience designing web app or SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product design (UI & UX)
- Ability to independently lead projects from concept to deployment
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Bonus points for experience with micro-interaction animation (Framer, ProtoPie), designing for iOS and Android, designing for B2B SaaS

**Interview process**:

- Meeting Head of Product and UI Designer - 45 min (in person)
- Take home design task (3-4 hours)
- Final meeting with CEO
