Are you looking for greater responsibility and autonomy in your role? Do have experience within an eCommerce environment? It is an exciting time to join this local company who are undergoing a period of growth. We are looking for an experienced administrator to focus on updating and tracking products online. You may already be using an eCommerce software, however, the company will train on their own. You will be responsible for creating content regarding products and updating them across a variety of platforms.
Duties include:
- Creating content for all online products, ensuring they are listed effectively
- Presenting products visually across various platforms
- Ensuring all products are correctly categorised, priced and promotions are working
- Primary contact point for all 3rd party platforms
- Reviewing all product details and pricing, supporting content in line with company marketing
- Influencing online marketing activity based on product performance, analysis and/or stock levels
- Monitoring the performance of the website content interaction, making recommendations to increase product engagement
- Reporting on weekly trade performance and making changes to website product content based on this
- Working with suppliers to ensure that the best product data is obtained and utilised
