We'rerecruiting for a Driver’s Mate that will provide our delivery & logistics team with supporton deliveries across the North of the UK.

Working closely with our logistics, delivery, and warehouse team, you will ensure that goods are loaded and unloaded safely, support the delivery process such as providing directions, communicating effectively with our customers to build lasting relationships and completing relevent delivery paperwork.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting drivers in the delivery and transportation of goods
- Helping to load and unload the vehicle
- Providing support during the delivery process, such as providing directions, helping with navigation and delivery paperwork.
- Ensuring that the goods are properly loaded and secured, and that they are delivered to the correct location and on time
- Communicating with customers and other workers on the job site to coordinate the movement of goods
- Assisting the driver with vehicle maintenance and safety checks
- Keeping records of deliveries and shipments

**Skills Required**:

- Valid UK Driving License
- Physical stamina and mental dexterity
- Competency in using IT systems such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
