New born - 16 yrs.

Work with an existing team in a very busy fast paced environment to drive sales & reach targets, Stock management/replenishment using own initiative, receive deliveries, Assist in Merchandising, Till operations (must be familiar with epos systems).
THE CANDIDATE.

Are you a hard worker, with bags of enthusiasm ?
As a Luxury brand supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales by you & assistants by genuinely engaging with the customer and advising them on some of the world's most exclusive and unique high-end fashion brands for kids.
You will be required to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Working towards achieving store targets and personal KPI's
Working closely with the team to maximize sales.
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years' experience within retail management
Exceptionally positive, with a can-do attitude at all times, demonstrating a passion for the brands and a genuine interest in designer brand kidswear.
Stylish and with an appreciation for luxury brands, somebody who prides themselves in personal presentation and attention to detail.
Active and savvy with social media.
Confident with excellent customer facing skills.
High level of self-confidence, drive and determination to succeed individually and leading a team.
Able to use Excel, word and general retail systems
Previous experience in cashing up, banking and general key holder responsibilities
