**What would the role entail?**
- You'll raise the sales invoices and credit notes, set up new customers and deal with any questions or issues, so an excellent phone manner and attention detail is absolutely critical for the role.
- Managing and resolving queries with clients relating to their accounts.
- Working closely with the recruitment team to maintain an efficient credit control strategy.
- Flagging accounts that require further action without delay.
- Raising invoices & credit notes.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Someone interested in a part-time position - would be ideal for someone looking to fit work around personal commitments.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10% of the business is in emerging tech markets and trades internationally. Whilst experience with crypto payments is by no means essential, a willingness to learn about crypto payments would be preferable.
