**Receptionist - Swansea - 1 month placement**

**The Opportunity**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large education organisation to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity based in Swansea to work in a friendly environment and be the face of the facility.
You'll be joining a site full of passionate individuals, who take pride in their work and the establishment.

This is an on-site role working Monday to Friday, office hours.

**What the Receptionist will be doing**
The ideal Receptionist will be responsible for
- Dealing with inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greeting visitors and making sure their queries are dealt with efficiently
- Other general tasks which ensures the reception runs smoothly

**What the successful Receptionist will bring to the team**
This role is suitable for someone who has
- A friendly and professional approach
- Able to deal with different levels of colleagues and visitors
- The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable
