**The Role - Cleaner - ( Fixed term )**

AM Services Group is looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic person to work within our onsite Cleaning Team at one of our prestigious clients in Carrington

This is a 6 month Fixed Term contract of 37.5hrs per week, the suitable person would be available to work an 8 hour shift per day Monday to Friday between 8am until 4pm

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a cleaning service that is professional and to the highest standards at all times this includes: mopping and vacuuming floors; cleaning of washrooms; Rest areas; Kitchens; warehouses and other duties appropriate to the role.
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to the client
- Maintain cleaning equipment, materials and uniform
- Work closely with the account manager to ensure that AM Services Group offers an exceptional customer service at the highest standards
- Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the client or Manager, if you are trained to do so.
- You will take an ‘everyone matters approach’ to Health and Safety one site, using your knowledge, skills and resources to ensure risks are controlled in compliance with company Health and Safety processes and procedures and best practices.
- Maintain equipment, materials and uniform.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience is desirable but not essential as we are looking for someone with the right attitude first and foremost.
- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment
