Schedule:

- Day shift, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Duties and responsibilities:

- Accept deliveries from supplier & third party couriers, check SKU's & quantities against delivery manifest & company System, accurate completion of data entry SAP/PMX & all relevant paperwork, ensuring all damage and non-conformances are recorded according to company Goods In procedure.
- Location of delivered stock into Main Warehouse & Freezers using SAP/ PMX system, ensuring pallets are sound & secure and clearly labelled with product codes BBE and batch codes.
- Ensure the Goods In and Warehouse areas are kept as clear as possible at all times, especially at the end of the shift
- Constant restocking of Primary Picking Locations using FIFO to ensure sufficient stock for order picking.
- Picking of customer orders accurately against picking instructions using FIFO system, including Frozen product.
- Check third party picked orders against the system, packing orders for courier despatch (including Frozen product) to the highest quality to minimise damage in transit, following company procedure using appropriate size cartons and packaging.
- Carry out courier system dispatch via the SAP/PMX & courier support systems ensuring the upmost accuracy of data entry.
- Carry out picking and packing of larger customer orders, ensuring customer special shipping and deadline requirement are achieved and information recorded.
- At all times ensure the Warehouse, Picking Location and related areas are kept clean & tidy, paying particular attention to trip hazards and any other potential Health & Safety issues, carry out periodic upper level clean.
- Ensure all products are stacked safely and laid out in such a manner as to facilitate ease of FIFO picking.
- Assist in regular Stock Taking (sometimes out of hours).
- Assist in the labelling of products received without T&C relevant labelling.
- Be aware of Health & Safety for both yourself and others, reporting anything with the potential to cause an accident or harm.
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Warehouse Supervisors

Person Specification

Professional / Technical Qualifications
- Current Fork/Reach Truck Licence.

Experience & Job Knowledge
- Experience of SAP or similar stock control systems.
