- We are seeking a highly motivated Group Exercise Co-Ordinator responsible for planning and co-ordinating a diverse, engaging annual fitness and wellbeing programme for our members.
- You will be responsible for creating, developing and managing the Group Exercise/Courses programme by driving class/course attendance, recruiting, training and motivating the Group Exercise Instructors to deliver an unforgettable member experience, where each class delivers a positive experience that is safe, well attended and taught to the highest, professional standard.
- You will build strong relationships with members, clients and employees, communicating at different levels of the organisation and listening and responding to feedback. You will be committed to good employee relations empowering your team by coaching, training and mentoring.
- You must hold an Exercise to Music qualification, be passionate about group exercise and fitness, and have proven budget, people and administrative experience.
- This role reports to the Assistant Manager - Activities Development and will be on a part-time basis working 12 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days during the club's opening hours.
