**THE ROLE**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In more detail, as a Project Planner, you will:

- _**Master Scheduling**:_ Develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules using P6, ensuring alignment with client expectations and milestones.
- _**Resource Optimization**:_ Collaborate with PMs to efficiently allocate resources across projects, forecasting needs and adjusting allocations in real-time to meet projects demands.
- _**Performance Monitoring**:_ Monitor progress, identify deviations, and generate transparent reports for PMs and the senior team, providing predictive analysis to preemptively address potential deviations, risks, and challenges.
- _**Stakeholder Engagement & Accountability**:_ Engage with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of progress reporting and project schedules, fostering a collaborative environment to provide transparency and accountability for collective success.
- _**Continuous improvement**:_Recommend and implement improvements in planning processes and tools.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of Project Management principles and techniques in the scheduling area, project control, business focus and customer-centricity.
- Fluency in English.
- 3-7 years’ experience in project planning, with a strong emphasis on EPCM and HVAC projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Demonstrated experience in EPCM and HVAC project planning and execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
