**Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber with a building maintenance background, looking to work for an exciting company, where you can develop your skills further and be part of a valued team**

This is a static site with multiple buildings to maintain and there are pool vans on site for you to use aswell as tools and materials provided. They are looking someone on a permanent basis to work alongside their established maintenance team. We have beenworking with this manager for a number of years and you can be assured that they are a great team to work with.

Day to do you will be required to tend to any general maintenance tasks which can include
- General building maintenance
- Fixing leaks, sinks and taps
- Fixing and installing radiators
- Checking water pressures
- You will also be required to help the team with fabric tasks when needed

- You will need to be an experienced Plumber with at least a Level 2 qualification
- You'll be working independently under the maintenance supervisor, so you'll be happy to manage your own workload
